Tri-Active

Image
TriActive LaserDermology is the result of the newest technology for restoring a normal balance to the skin and outer layers, including smoothing and tightening.

The Cynosure Tri-Active Systems are in use all over the world. These systems were originally developed 3 years ago by laser scientists in Italy to smooth and tighten cellulite on your face and body.
Tri-Active is FDA approved for the treatment of cellutlite.

What is Cellulite?

The term "cellulite" refers to the dimpled appearance of the skin that occurs on hips, thighs, and buttocks. This appearance is much more common in women due to the differences in the way fat, muscle, and connective tissue are distributed in men and women's skin. The American Academy of Dermatology reports that at least 80 percent of women have cellulite. Currently more than 45 million women in the U.S. between the ages of 20 and 50 suffer from this condition and many seek treatment.

How will LaserDermology cellulite treatment and therapeutic massage smooth and tighten my skin?

The LaserDermology procedure, done with the Tri-Active system, provides a deep therapeutic massaging action to the tissue below your skin promoting a tighter appearance in the treated areas.

What parts of the body can be treated?

Besides the thighs and buttocks for cellulite, most other parts of the body can be treated as well: the face, hips, abdomen, upper arms and neck. This procedure provides noticeable result before and after liposuction and after aesthetic surgery, such as breast augmentation, abdominoplasty and others.

Is Laser Dermology painful?

The LaserDermology procedure is not painful and not even as strenuous as a traditional massage. Most individuals report that LaserDermology "just feels great!"

How long does the LaserDermology procedure take?

The LaserDermology procedure is typically done in a series of about 10 to 15 treatments to a given area. These can be spaced as closely as 3 times per week, or as far out as once per week.

How soon will I notice effects from the LaserDermology treatments?

Your individual results can depend on several factors:

    * The area(s) being treated

    * Whether the treatment is being combined with a liposuction procedure

    * If you have combined treatment with diet and/or exercise

    * Your age and general condition

    * The number of treatments

How much does LaserDermology cost?

The cost of each LaserDermology treatment varies depending on the country and, in the US, on the region. As a rule of thumb, the cost is comparable to other spa and cosmetic treatments in your area.

How often can I have a complete series of LaserDermology treatments?

Normally, the series can be done annually with follow-up monthly maintenance treatments. If you have experienced weight reduction, a change in your body fat composition (and need additional tightening) or are having other areas of your body treated, you may want to consider a mini-series of treatments.

Can LaserDermology be done at the same time I’m having laser hair removal done?

You may be able to schedule LaserDermology treatments between your laser hair removal procedures. Please consult with us if you are considering doing both.

Can LaserDermology smooth and tighten my facial skin?

Your face can be treated with LaserDermology to provide temporary tightening. Thanks to the mechanical massage, facial tissue will appear more relaxed and balanced with a fresh glow. Perfect just before an important event, such as a wedding or a class reunion.
